My perfect kinda meal!
This is the Cheese and Charcuterie Board
Everything on this board was paired perfectly to accompany something else! It featured four distinctly diverse cheeses: Central Coast Creamery’s Seascape, Bishop’s Peak, Big Rock Blue, and Brillat Savarin.
The board also had Jamón Serrano, Smoked Pancetta, Iberico Chorizo, Duck Rillettes, and Cider Braised Chorizo. The estate-grown Daou olives were brined with a salty flavor that was a perfect addition to the board, along with the raw honeycomb, walnuts, fig jam, peppers and rustic baguette. Even the stone ground mustard with its tangy after taste paired so well with the wine!!
